Witch Hazel

Witch hazel is an excellent astringent and works well to treat the skin infections, such as rashes, eczema and psoriasis. Soak a cotton ball in witch hazel and apply it over the rash. Grind some holy basil leaves and mix them with a tablespoon of olive oil, 2 crushed garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and pepper. Apply this mixture over the skin rashes to get immediate respite.
